We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days from dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier or customs delays.

• Free standard shipping on orders over $100.00

Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will email you the tracking information when your order ships.

Duties and taxes

Sales tax is collected at checkout as required by applicable law. Any applicable import duties for shipments to the United States are covered by JerryPicks.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package has not arrived within the expected time, contact us at xinchaoyue@126.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
