Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, in its original packaging with all accessories included. Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

How to start a return

1. Email us at xinchaoyue@126.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address.
3. Ship the item back with the order details. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping costs

• If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost once the returned item is received and inspected.
• For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at xinchaoyue@126.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including the return shipping cost.
